Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the use of SoulPaw's services. By using our services, you agree to comply with this policy.

1. Prohibited Content

Users may not generate, upload, distribute, or store: • Sexual, pornographic, or NSFW content • Graphic violence, gore, or content promoting terrorism • Hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any unsafe content involving minors • Real-person deepfakes or impersonation, including face swaps, nudification, fabricated intimate scenes, or fabricated speech or conduct • Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, publicity, privacy, or other intellectual-property rights • Illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, spam, or safety-bypass content

2. User Responsibilities

Users must ensure that uploaded images and generated content comply with applicable law and third-party rights. SoulPaw currently accepts pet photos only; material containing identifiable human faces, celebrities, or public figures must not be uploaded. Users must have the necessary rights or permission to upload each pet photo.

3. AI Content and Model Disclosure

SoulPaw is an independent product that uses ByteDance Volcengine Seedream 4.0 and Google Gemini image models (shown in the interface as Nano Banana) to generate or edit pet images, with controlled FLUX-family models available as fallback capabilities. SoulPaw is not an official product of, or endorsed by, those model providers. Every output is AI-generated or AI-edited and may differ from the original pet.

4. Content Moderation

Before generation, user prompts are scanned by Waffo Prompt Sift using rules and semantic review, and only requests explicitly marked as allowed proceed. Generated outputs are also subject to the model providers' built-in safety filters; blocked outputs are not shown. We log safety request identifiers and generation status without adding raw prompts to safety logs. User reports and system flags may be reviewed manually.

5. Enforcement

Depending on severity and recurrence, SoulPaw may warn the user, remove content, reverse related credits, restrict generation, suspend an account, or permanently terminate access. Child-safety violations, illegal activity, and severe harm are subject to zero tolerance and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

6. Reports and Appeals

Report prohibited content, impersonation, copyright, or publicity-right concerns to support@soulpaw.art and include the relevant page, generation record, or order details. Urgent safety reports are prioritized; ordinary reports receive an initial response within three business days. Appeals may be submitted to the same address within 10 days of a decision.
