We do not store complete payment-card details.

3. Uploaded Images

Images uploaded by users are used solely for generating AI portraits and improving service functionality. User images are not used to train our base AI models without explicit user consent.

4. Third-Party Services

We rely on third-party providers to deliver the service, including: • Waffo Pancake and payment providers shown at checkout • Hosting and data infrastructure providers such as Vercel and Supabase • Google Gemini, ByteDance Volcengine Seedream, and controlled fallback AI providers • Content-safety services such as Waffo Prompt Sift • Website analytics and email providers These providers process data only as needed for payments, generation, hosting, safety review, analytics, or customer support.

5. Data Storage and Security

We use commercially reasonable security measures to protect user data. Data may be processed on servers located in the United States or other regions operated by our infrastructure providers.

6. Data Retention

Uploaded images and temporary links returned by AI providers are retained for limited periods according to provider and security requirements; some temporary links may expire after 24 hours. Generation records, safety-review identifiers, payment records, and account information are retained as needed to provide the service, handle refunds, prevent fraud, or meet legal obligations. Users may contact support to request deletion where applicable.
